Busy Friday

Friday, March 28, 2014

Yeah, winter is not letting up on us as all, rain and snow today both... Supposed to only go to 5C tomorrow now instead of the 11C I was really looking forward to.

Went to the Senior Café with a naturopath talking in scientific lingo. Shopped a bit and went out to knitting tonite... 6 of us... did dance party earlier

Busy, busy, made it through 3rd day on track.

Brekkie - omelette, apple
Lunch - veggie bag, fruit cocktail
Snack - turkey lunch meat
Supper - chicken stir fry
Snack - yogurt...

If I go off this again, someone please remind me how good it feels to be in control of my food, not to have cravings, and how much better it feels, than eating crap uncontrollably

have a great weekend all.

sometimes it doesnt matter when we remind people of these things, they get to a point where they just dont care whether from diet burnout, something going on in their lives where they reach for comfort foods, depression or sabotoge themselves in some other way. The only person that has the control is the person themself.

We alone, are the one that controls the hand that raises the food to our mouth. And it is our brain that controls that hand. Therein lies the biggest part of the problem!

    Congratulations on your progress. emoticon
We were in the 50's today. Forecast for rain and 40's on Sat., rain and 30's for Sunday and then warming up next week. We had snow twice this week. So still trying to find spring.
