Spring Break

I have to admit this past week has been really bad on my eating and exercising! I haven't worked out at all this week and my eating is okay until night then I always end up eating something sweet and way out of calorie range.

Really haven't done much this week because it was spring break and I really wanted to go to the gym almost everyday but I just wasn't feeling it for some reason. I just stayed home and relaxed most of the time. Everyone needs a little break from reality every once in awhile. lol But after eating like crap for the past 5 days my butt is getting back in the gym tomorrow and my eating is getting in order tomorrow also!
