Day #2.... I did very well !!!

I rolled out of bed with my work out clothes & my kicks on...I did 30 minutes of step ups,30 minutes on the recumbent bike &20 minutes weight lifting & floor exercises...yay....great workout. I ate well....All good choices & stayed within my calorie range! Yippee !!!
