Finally getting on a schedule to get my exercise done before the day is a complete loss. I personally think I have been doing alot better with the exercising. I just need to work on my eating habits. I have been eating more fruits and veggies and less junk food which is great.
I did notice the loss on the scale this week as well as a total of 4 inches from my body. woo hoo
cant wait for next weeks weigh in!!
