fresh mint leaves about 1/4 cup
2 kiwi which I had frozen
wheat grass powder about 1/2 tsp
frozen apple juice concentrate for sweetness
ground flax seed about 1 tsp
This is the only fruit I had today.
Delicious. I hope it keeps me satisfied till bedtime.
Now a DVD library Movie: The Time Traveler's Wife--very strange.
and probably read some of my book a fiction book with lots of NY City history-- till I fall asleep.
I was awake last night from 2:00 am till 6:00 am. And no nap yet today.
Still having minor flushed face from yesterday's shoulder shot episode.
