Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 45 days)

Today I ate: 1,284 calories
Today I burned: 878 calories

Daily calorie differential: - 1,418

What a great Friday! AND I RAN MY FIRST 10K TODAY! :) I jogged at a slow pace and it was really nice :) I wasn't planning to jog for so long but it felt really good so I just kept on going. It's amazing to think that a few years ago I couldn't run for 10 minutes straight. It's really rewarding to see these changes in my fitness level as well as my appearance.

I do 5k's but I walk, soon as I can go faster I will move up to a 10k, I really should move up now, does not really matter if I am slow.
