Small goals

I recently won a "10 pounds in 10 weeks" challenge. Actually lost 11.2 pounds. I rewarded myself with a haircut. My next small goal is to get under 200 pounds for the first time in over 12 years. I only have half a pound to go! I think I will reward myself with blue nail polish for that one.

It is a small goal, and reachable goal. It is fantastic how you reward yourself when you make those goals.
