spring in paris 2: the promenade plantée/coulée verte

Friday, March 28, 2014

just so the rest of you know spring is really coming … it's here in Paris. in fact, i passed bunches of dying daffodils but did not take pictures of them. emoticon
7.5 miles. the good thing about being a galloway runner is you can take pictures during the walk intervals:

gorgeous! i must try my river run again soon, as it has been dry enough recently for all the mud to have dried.

still feeling foul though, head blocked up and not much voice left after yesterday.

Lovely. I'm experimenting with the Galloway method, and I've never thought of picture taking while walking as a benefit. I'll have to keep it in mind on some of the nicer trails.
