well since i cant keep food in my body, i have decided i will (involuntarily) go on a gatorade cleanse. what is on my cleanse? 1. gatorade. 2. tea. 3. more gatorade. 4. pizzelle cookies (oddly enough, the only food since last saturday that has not had me running for the bathroom).
main goal is to keep hydrated. replenish some of the electrolytes that i have lost. second goal is to loosen up my chest congestion. if my cleanse works all day, perhaps i will add in some chicken broth tonight.
still no gym. but the pounds are falling off. i set a goal to be down a total of 20 pounds by the end of march. i am done 19.2 right now. i would much prefer losing because of my success in the gym not because i cant eat.
