I WAS looking forward to going to the doctor today, because I know that I have been eating well, exercising, and drinking lots of water. After she looked at my chart, she said that I needed to move more and drink water! Are you kidding me? I politely told her that I was walking or cycling 60 minutes every day and drinking 80 ounces of water! Well, she was upset that my blood pressure was so high! "What is it?" I asked. By the look on her face, I thought it was astronomical! "140 over 95" she said. "But the good news, is, you've lost 9 pounds since you were last here!" Well, hooray for something! I'm happy with myself, and I'm going to keep on working on my health and fitness. My next visit is in 4 weeks and my weight AND my numbers will be down even more, thank you very much! Doctors do try to bring you down, don't they?
