I took 6 mini walks today and in total, the walks added up to 3.2 miles worth of steps for the day. Under my 5 mile goal, but I am also not feeling well right now. My stomach really started to bother me after lunch. It was almost immediately after I returned to the office that my stomach was in a lot of pain and then it was not pretty. Ugh. I still went to my massage appointment after work. My stomach still feels funny, so instead of doing my strength training tonight like I was planning, I am going to go home and try to get to bed earlier and relax. I'm hoping this is just distress over something I ate (oh the joys of IBS) and not a bug. I am thinking good thoughts that tomorrow I will feel better.
