Last week I reported to the Kaiser staff that I was feeling fatigued. They did extra tests on my blood and told me that I can have 3 ounces lean meat every day.
It is hard to stop eating once you have wet your appetite with the meat. I ate more than just the 3oz last week. I still lost one pound. I thought I would gain.
Yesterday I was back on track and stuck to the Optifast shakes and lean meat.
I reminded myself that this is lent and that helped me control the urges.
Tonight and tomorrow I will have the marinated chicken breast.
I entered the recipe in my poultry recipe book.
I wish someone would try out my recipes and rate them. This one is extremely low fat.
