I have met my first goal of losing 20 pounds by my birthday about six weeks early. YES!! Now, I will push towards reaching my second goal of losing an additional 20 pounds by July 4th. I'm learning so much about my eating habits which I'm finding to be my biggest downfall. While losing my first 20 pounds; I gained 2.8 pounds (and not all at the same time). I've found it to be so much easier identifying my bad habits when the scale is inching up .6 or .8 pounds at a time. Looking over the past week to see what I'm doing that's not working for me has been a big plus.
As my skirts and pants get longer, I will continue to press on.
