My 'new knee' was unusually painful today.
I'm blaming it on the weather.
Doing steps took at least 3 times as long as usual.
As I needed to drive to see patients, I wasn't able to take anything for the pain until I was done with work.

I had both my knees replaced at the same time in Oct 2012. Best thing I ever did for myself. You are still in the healing process ... my doc told me it took 6-12 months to completed the healing and readjust to the new knees.

Remember to ice the knee for swelling and raise them up on a chair, bed or whatever is handy.

    Oh, boy, not fun!

I usually time meds that can make me groggy for shortly before bedtime.
