Hi everyone! Well apparently it's been 10 days since I last worked out... quite disappointing, but life has been very busy at work and the days just added up (CLEARLY!).
I wish I could say that I off-set that with healthy & smart food decisions... but I didn't.
There was a lot of all-day shoots, meetings and late nights which led to not so wise food choices. It was all topped off by a work trip to New York this past Sun- Mon where I ate an unheard amount of chocolate! (breakfast, snacks and dinner).
I had my fill and then I reeled myself back in as soon as I came back to FL. My first wedding dress fitting is next TUESDAY 4/1!!!!
Whether I like it or not, it's happening and I don't want to be bloated.
In fun news, I walked for over 5hrs on Sunday and I went into a few shops in New York... everything fit and I genuinely surprised myself with how great dresses looked on me. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm feeling excited that my "makeover" day w/ my friends is next Sat (4/5). I think it'll be fun :)
I've been wanting to go back to the gym, but I haven't had a lull at work and I just can't seem to leave on time.
HOPEFULLY tomorrow will be different. I'm happy to report that two days of clean eating has made a world of difference in my mood and my stomach lol. Much less bloated and feeling back on track.
