Over about 1000 calories. Now I am gonna have to cut and burn the rest of the week…..just about. I screwed up via I purchased one of those garlic breads in the foil and bake your self…..I used that and made a portabello sub. I didn't eat the whole thing my self. I split it with my husband. (he is really really thin) and had a side of old fashioned tomato soup. I think that the bread alone is about 800 some calories. SHAME!
