Gained 500 grams this week.
Got a bit down yesterday about not being able to break through this lose-gain cycle. It's really annoying. I need to overhaul my eating and exercising again, something needs to change. I know I need to be exercising more regularly, and after dinner snacking won't be helping.
My birthday was just another day, nothing special to report, but that's how birthdays get once we become an adult.
