FINALLY, no dizziness today!! I feel so much better. I was even able to go for a walk. Sunday was the worst. I couldn't move at all, everything was spinning and I was so nauseous all day :( On Monday morning I went to the doctor and they sent me to a neurologist who did all kinds of tests. They checked my blood pressure (which was normal) and ran all kinds of blood tests but they all came back normal. Eventually they sent me to an ear doctor who told me the thing that is causing this dizziness is probably a condition called vestibular neuronitis. There is no treatment for it but the good news is that 95 % of the patients recover completely within a few months. I'm going back there for further testing in a couple of weeks.

Right now I'm feeling almost back to normal and I can't tell you how great it feels! Health is definitely something not to be taken for granted. Even though it was just a few days I missed going for long walks and working out. I really need to appreciate being able to do all those things a lot more!

Today was a good day. Tomorrow - if I feel up for it - I'm going to go for a long walk and then do some gentle yoga. I'll eat light and make sure I get a calorie differential of at least -800.

I hope you're doing well!! Thanks for all the kind comments and support. I appreciate it more than you know :)

A good thing the doctor discovered the cause of your problem. That's one more worry gone. Hang in there. emoticon -- Lou
