I have been on The Plan since February 1st and I am fairly happy where my weight is right now. I would like to be a few pounds less but for now I am taking a little breather and relax my program a little.
This time of year is when a lot of the winter people go back to Canada and the US and there are lots of events saying goodbye to them all. It is hard to stick with a program when there are so many social occasions...
So my plan for these weeks is to relax a little eat what I want within reason at those events and have plan days in between. So far it is working :) My weight is keeping pretty steady around 137.5 and I have set my panic point at 140 - when it gets to that it's back with the program and lose a bit.
In another few weeks our little town will be a lot quieter again and there will be enough time to get with it in a more serious manner.
So for now it's party time! As long as I stay away from wheat I should be ok.
