My new streak is to write down everything I am thankful for twice a day for 30 days

I have injured my knee and can't exercise.All I am doing is whining about it and that won't help anything.

    being thankful really is the gas on the fire to produce a good, healthy , productive life .
When we are grateful and appreciate what we have .. we are given more .. and more and more .. of everything that is good and just ..
That is a great plan for a streak ..
I did the Fast Metabolism Diet by Haylie Pomroy for 2 x 28day cycles .. the book is amazing .. she has the ability to coach as if she is across the table from you .. plus the book explains what each phase of eating (1-2-3) does for your body and how it resets your metabolism .. sure worth the read ..
Good luck with your 30 days of thank you and dedication to you .. sorry your knee is on the bench .. perhaps you needed to slow down and reflect on the things that make your heart sing ..
Happy Wednesday .. if you are still in Florida stay put for a while I hear your weather isn't the best in Ontario but the Maritimes are really getting hit again .. :(
