I think it is day three of my new me program. I made a slight slip yesterday - I went back to one on my "old" snacks, honey roasted mixed nuts. I had to fit them in to my overall calorie count for the day so I cut out some carbs at dinner. I did have my half-serving (yes, I measured it ) of cereal before bed and I was able to sleep through the night. My weight was down again slightly this morning.
Question for all of you -- I have always weighed myself each morning as I feel I can make changes if necessary. BUT, I am thinking that it may be better to do it once a week. Once a week weigh-in may help me stay on plan all week long - less likely to sabotage when the scale shows a good number. What are your thoughts?
