I feel like I had a good day despite the fact that my body bugg logged 2 hours of activity (including my workout) and yet it only said I've burned 2009 calories today. I feel like that's messed up!
I drank 89 oz of water today
I made healthy protein pancakes for breakfast (delicious actually)!
I ate an orange for dessert! Yes, fruit! YAY!
I rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes
I did 10 waist whittlers today (adaptation from blogilates)
I grocery shopped for an hour today and got lots of healthy food choices
I didn't sleep very well last night for some reason. I am planning on getting to bed earlier tonight to make up for it.
