Yesterday was a success so far as staying on plan, within range, etc.
Definitely got the fitness minutes in . . . and am I sore! Woohoo!
Provided plenty motivation to get those sore muscles moving.
2 fitness sets completed this morning -
Healthy breakfast tracked and consumed -
The rest of the day will be busy with class and errands so I'll make plans for a couple snacks to-go.
Dinner tonight will be leftover Kale/ vegetable/ Italian sausage soup with some added white beans or half a baked potato. Yummm
in reviewing my goal board this morning, I am confident that I can do it right again today! And by this time next week, I will have passed that seemingly insurmountable 170 land so I can begin whittling away at the 160's.
I know I can do this! One day at a time!!!
