how many sick days do i take?

ugh. it wont end. my stomach bug is still kicking. on top of that i have a sinus something or other, causing a runny nose, hacking up plegm and cough. its really pleasnt.

As you can imagine, i am not hungry. at all. today i had some tea, some ginger ale, and sprung for a large orange julius. at least the cold feels good on my throat. I packed the gym clothes, but i dont know if it is silly to even try to work out feeling as terrible as i do. i have been doing so great that taking a 3rd day off in a row makes me kinda cringe. maybe i will go in and do some light lifting. we'll see how i feel in an hour or 2.

  let your body concentrate on getting better, not working out. there's plenty of time when you feel better.

    I hear you, I had to take an entire 7 days off of exercise and several off of work. It was so hard to do, but at the end of the day sometimes our bodies need rest, so perhaps rest is what is most needed today. Hang in there!

  Hope you're feeling better. Personally, I think it's mean-spirited to go to the gym when you're not feeling well. Why spread your germs? Do a Spark video or activity at home.
