This will start my first full week.
MEASUREMENTS
is 220lbs, waist 121, 64 thigh, 37 arms

NUTRIENT
i stayed within my food goal which is 1,310 - 1,660. i drink my 8 large cups of water throughout the day...i did slip and drank a can of 7 up though wasn't the best choice of food cause feeling a little sick..so i mainly ate soup

EXERCISE
45 MINUTES OF YOGA AT 4:20AM
FACIAL EXERCISE FOR DOUBLE CHIN 30
CRUNCHES 25
BICYCLES 30
LEG LIFT 15
PUSH UP 25

WALK

This is my first day of this week.. i will post again on Sunday...or if anything has change since then
