I am stuck. (maybe I should be optimistic that I have been maintaining!?)
But the scales are not moving.
And I want them to go down.
In fact, I am determined that one week from today, I will be down 2 pounds.
I remember back to the SparkCoach challenges that were so helpful on the first part of my journey. Those principles have not changed . . . but I have.
I'm setting up a few short-term challenges, in addition to my other good habits ( minimum 8 glasses of water, 5 fruits & veggies, & 8 hours of sleep)
For the next week,
#1 I will not log in to Spark People until after I have done my first set of fitness challenges.
#2 I will accomplish 3 fitness sets each day.
#3 I will log everything I eat before I prepare or consume it.
By doing this, I know I will roll past that seemingly insurmountable number on the scale that I have been looking at for the past 6 months.
I CAN DO THIS!
