Today is day 14 of my current streak!
I have 76 days left on my personal challenge to stay on track for three months. I am counting the days...and making the days count! Of course, not every day is going to be perfect, but I am determined to make each day as good as I possibly can.
Its really exciting to think of where I could be in 76 days. Already, I am seeing some progress! The muscle firmness that I had lost while I was off track over the past few months is slowly starting to come back. It makes me proud to feel those muscles building up again!
I am tracking my food every day, and doing my best to make each meal as healthy as possible. I am exercising and pushing myself to work as hard as I can. No wimpy, half hearted efforts. I'm really doing my best to make each workout count. While I was off track over the holidays (and beyond) , I lost some of my stamina, but I'm slowly building it back. I'm working to impress and amaze myself.
76 days from now, I hope to still be on track. I'm focusing on gaining health, as opposed to losing weight...although of course I am excited by the thought of losing weight too. I just have to keep doing my best, one day and one choice at a time.
Come on and join me in making the next 76 days as healthy as possible. Our future selves will thank us for getting started today!
