After what felt like a long time away from my routine with spring break I'm back. I drove to Ohio with family (over1300 miles) from Houston. I am so glad to be back in a place where I can control my environment and food and schedule!
This is my first workout back at the "Y" this week. I did a 15 minute cardio interval on elliptical then Pilates followed by Body Pump and Zumba.

Before you say anything I know I am guilty of overdoing it when I have had a break. I am going to work on moderation the rest of the week. I train tomorrow morning so will only do one class in evening. 1 class each day I do not want to injure my 45 year old body or burn out. I have always been an all or nothing kind of girl. This journey is teaching me so much about myself. I need balance in all areas of my life. This is my goal to work on balance not extremes. Today I wanted to shock my body and Pilates feels so good to my sore joints the stretching is fabulous. Zumba is fun and Body Pump is my means to an end(it's where I lose my inches)
