Day 3: Aerobics

I was falling asleep while working, so - at the suggestion of my now-13-year-old - i got up and worked out. Did 30 minutes of step-aerobics... at a running pace... and then i did some yoga and sit-ups.
I'm feeling pretty good at Day 3, although, i sense that i want to have a drink tonight. I have to fight that urge.
I weighed myself today at the suggestion of my Wii. I'm not sure why the Wii hates me so that it suggests that every day. I gained a pound since yesterday. Now... i know that i shouldn't weigh every day, but i keep hoping that perhaps something will drop off and i'll see it. Instead, i gained a pound and made myself sad.
However, i'm still moving forward with my plan for 7 Days.
