These were my goals starting Feb.23
1. I have an activity tracker and my goal is to reach 4000 steps 3 times a week right now.
2. Continue to read The Spark by finishing a chapter a week.
3. Use the food tracker twice a week.
4. Stay on the Turtle team and enter my weight each week.
These are my results March 23
1. This is the only goal I did not meet - one week I only walked 4000 steps 2 days instead of three days.
2. I finished reading The Spark.
3. I used the food tracker more than twice a week.
4. I recorded my weight every week on my turtle team.
I weighed 292.8 on 2/19 and I weighed 282.3 on 3/19 - I lost 10.5 lbs. Yipee!
