I had the worst night's sleep last night. It was a little after 3am before I finally fell asleep. I woke up a few times before finally waking up for real at 10am. I'm in bed, watching an episode of Heavy, and sipping on some coffee. Trying to wake up here, but it's almost 11am. I feel like such a slacker. My cold started feeling worse yesterday, so I was taking medicine twice last night (and still didn't get to sleep!) but now I feel all groggy. I'm watching them workout on Heavy, and I'm thinking about what I want to do. I'm thinking about maybe going over to the high school and walking, and also going up and down the stairs or bleachers over there. I'm just so tired! It's hard to think about doing a hard workout.

I guess I need to call myself a wambulance. "Waa-waa, waa-waa."

    I feel you. I was up at 6 but then laid back down and ended up passing out until 10. It's just one of those days.

    Perhaps a nice Sunday nap is in order today? Sunday naps are the best naps ever, especially on the couch.
