Another 1.8 lbs gone, according to this morning's weekly weigh-in. That makes 35 lbs gone altogether since starting Weight Watchers at the beginning of September. Yay me! :) I guess that averages out to 5 lbs a month, huh? That's sort of depressing. Yet, it isn't GAINING, so that makes it less depressing! And I'm learning how to eat in a healthy way. It really is no wonder how I gained all this weight! I used to eat very few fruits and veggies and what little I did eat was more like condiment servings. LOL Now I eat 5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day with no problem whatsoever.
It's looking an awful lot like Spring here in the Ozark Mountains. Here comes the yard work. I hate yard work. I'm going to like the extra Activity Points I can add to my WW tracker, though.
