South Beach Diet -- Day 13

Breakfast: one "golden egg, two slices of turkey bacon, two cups of coffee with Truvia and sugar-free French vanilla creamer.
Lunch: nothing. I slept in and ate a late breakfast.
Dinner: a HUGE salad with grilled chicken on top (salad had mixed lettuce, cuke, tomatoes, chickpeas, tri-colored peppers, celery, sunflower seeds, tomato-basil feta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the dressing). It was so good! and HUGE. Diet Coke to drink.
Snacks: peanuts, crunchy peanut butter, almond milk.
Activity: walked/jogged (mostly walked) for an hour, 2.5+ miles on a flat track and also on a nature trail.
