Starting to see results

I put on a pair of jeans, and wore a t-shirt that i havn't worn in a long time. I felt good to be wearing them. Today I bought a new pair of shoes, sketchers with memory foam, and went for my 5 k -- 48:30 -- fastest yet!! And NO shin splints! I think thats the most I ran since I first started but had to stop cuz of the splints. Now if I could just follow my JC 100% I will be doing good!!
