Day 841- BLC 21 Progress Blog

When I started the Biggest Loser Challenge 5 weeks ago, I weighed in at 188.2, I went up and down slowly the past five weeks. But this past Tuesday evening, I joined Weight Watchers and weighed in at 188.2 again.

After 4 days on the Simply Filling plan, I weighed in at 184.4 this morning. Almost 4 pounds down. And I'm beginning to realize that I'm really only eating out of necessity now, instead of when I'm bored or emotional. And I'm drinking SO much water! 12-16 glasses a day.

This weekend I visited JD and we went to the gym together. It so nice to have a partner who is with me on this journey. I can't wait for my official weigh in results from WW on Tuesday night. I think I might get my first 5 pounds star if I keep up this progress.

  Well done. Simple Start is great. Power foods are my mainstays even if I choose points for a week but I mostly stay on Simply Filling You're doing it emoticon

    What a great idea to add WW. You've already shown a lot of success and now to 'tweak' it and reinforce what you already know. I find WW to be similar to SP but with face-to-face encounters! And with your smiling personality, WW is going to love you! emoticon

    emoticon WW is the best life style change plan there is, I think. It teaches you how to eat again and not deprive yourself. It teaches you about you and how important you are because you are worth it. emoticon emoticon Water is so important. I drink 64 ounc emoticon es a day.
