When I started the Biggest Loser Challenge 5 weeks ago, I weighed in at 188.2, I went up and down slowly the past five weeks. But this past Tuesday evening, I joined Weight Watchers and weighed in at 188.2 again.
After 4 days on the Simply Filling plan, I weighed in at 184.4 this morning. Almost 4 pounds down. And I'm beginning to realize that I'm really only eating out of necessity now, instead of when I'm bored or emotional. And I'm drinking SO much water! 12-16 glasses a day.
This weekend I visited JD and we went to the gym together. It so nice to have a partner who is with me on this journey. I can't wait for my official weigh in results from WW on Tuesday night. I think I might get my first 5 pounds star if I keep up this progress.
