I know, it's a shocking revelation! Working out feels good! Who knew!!!
Well I knew. But I forgot about it. Now that I'm working on my workout routine, I'm rediscovering the good feeling of sweat and sore muscles.
Today, I did a 40 minutes kenpo/kickboxing video and that was a lot of fun. After that, I did 30 minutes of arms and shoulders ST training.
I have stickers on my calendar everyday since monday and I want to keep this up.
A big one if I stick to my program (doing cardio when planned and ST when planned as well) or a small one if I get at least 20 min like a walk or a short cardio workout.
Feel free to ask me how are my stickers going if you don't ear about them in a while LOL.
