I am up and down as far as my weight goes. I realized I need to eat healthy all of the time and not just when things are going well. It really makes a big difference when I am stressed if I exercise and eat better. I got sick and hurt . Fell of the bandwagon and am back at it again. I always find myself coming back to Spark People because of all of the great resources and motivation.
I am also back to participating in the 100 days of weight-loss book discussion. I find it really helpful to know that I am not alone in my struggles.
I debated on blogging because I don't really have anything new to say other than I am back on my journey to becoming a stronger, healthier person inside and outside.
