Changing Eating Habits....

What once "worked", no longer does. I have eaten a 1200 calorie controlled diet for nearly two years. I was able to take the weight off with it. However, I still feel just as bad physically as I did when I weighed 386 pounds! I have no energy. I still have migraines and a number of symptoms that have not been resolved. Apparently, all my numbers medically are "normal". But I still feel like crap!

I have been part of a support team, working on exercising. They have been GREAT!

Now, I'm making changes. I'm no longer doing 2 1/2 hours of exercise every morning -- I'm only doing about an hour. I also am looking into what I eat -- how it affects how I feel and my physical symptoms.

    Similar situations have come up on my road to success also. Things that have worked for years no longer hold true for some reason. It's like you gotta rethink things through and shake up your life a little. Just have to consider that a good thing - another sign of progress................good'll make it through this stage too.................Naki
