Changing Eating Habits....

What once "worked", no longer does. I have eaten a 1200 calorie controlled diet for nearly two years. I was able to take the weight off with it. However, I still feel just as bad physically as I did when I weighed 386 pounds! I have no energy. I still have migraines and a number of symptoms that have not been resolved. Apparently, all my numbers medically are "normal". But I still feel like crap!
I have been part of a support team, working on exercising. They have been GREAT!
Now, I'm making changes. I'm no longer doing 2 1/2 hours of exercise every morning -- I'm only doing about an hour. I also am looking into what I eat -- how it affects how I feel and my physical symptoms.
