I discovered that I lose best at my top range but today I did the hotel bike for 30 minutes as well as walked the Mall of America and Ikea for over 3 hours. I am hungry and I can tell I burned some calories. During the week I have upped my exercise to 30 minute weights n Mon and Wed and 2 hours of aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday and some times a class on Monday and Friday morning which is a lot of exercise in a week. So Spark people upped my calories. I am going to keep it to 1550 (top end of old range for low exercise days and 1650 which is low end of new range on moderate exercise days but will allow myself those extra 300 calories if I need them on high exercise days.
Tonight I am going to go to eat a local pizza restaurant that serves gluten free pizza - very excited - I love restaurant pizza and I rarely get it. Yesterday we went to another gluten free friendly restaurant - my son is doing a great job of finding me restaurants. Having a wonderful food week and I can tell I have lost weight. I am grateful for earning those extra calories though I had plenty of calories for a pizza left in my old numbers. May enjoy a dessert - hoping theyhave that peanut butter brownie gf Nate is raving about. I told him I could choose a beer or a brownie -I would have to choose.
