Some Self- sabotage

It has been 2 very long hard days here. Somehow, despite all my friends support I spiralled downwards. I ate a big bunch of chocolate, so weird for me. I skipped my walking and just vegetated. I could easily continue down this road. I had a motto of ' don't be so lazy' going but it just didn't inspire me , soooo. Back to work now.

Dear Gini,

I know you are struggling right now. Sometimes that is going to happen. It doesn't mean you are not a good person or that you are not trying. You are just getting a little worn down. Take a few minutes to remember what you REALLY want. Get your head together and make a couple of plans for tomorrow that you know you can achieve. When you start feeling good about reaching a goal or 2 you will feel inspired to move ahead. This is not a straight road. There are huge hills and long lonely dark stretches that will make you feel too afraid to continue. Take your friends with you. They are always right here for you. emoticon you're making progress even on these really hard days you still know what to do and you are making a huge difference in your life. Fight for yourself. Fight to feel the way you want to feel about yourself. A little detour doesn't mean the end of the journey. It is just a little jog in the road and now you are over it. Tomorrow reread this blog and set yourself up to succeed. You are amazing. emoticon

    Great letter to yourself. Sometimes we have to do something unconventional to get us going. Bottom line is, if it works for you, then it works! You can do it!

    What a great letter to yourself. I was in that position last week, and now I'm back working harder than ever. The only failure is giving up completely, and you definitely aren't doing that.

    Ginilee, you know that you have been here before and me too. I am fighting with my cravings and emotional eating. You can do this! we all get down at times. Get a breath of fresh air,. try a new exercise or just get your mind off food. Easier said than done i know.
Come on back in the 55+ladies and start the new one on one challenge starting April 1rst. You know it gives you an incentive to move and support from the ladies. that was why I gained back 11 pounds because i had a computer virus and just came back a few days ago. Now with my sp friends back and the support from my teams, I can do this.
You just keep on going 30 pounds off is great! I bet you feel so much better and you don't want those pounds back. Believe in yourself. You can do this! pam

    What a beautiful blog. If only more people would talk to themselves as they would to a friend, then maybe this world would be more at peace. Fight the good fight! You are worth it. :)

    You are amazing so take that little shovel at the end of the blog there and fill in the tiny little hole you were trying to dig and come on back up and get back on the top side. You are worth every effort you want to put in to it.     I'm sorry you have had a rough couple of days. Sometimes we really do need to lay low and recharge our batteries. I find meditations are very helpful during stressful/emotional times.

    One day at a time... come on you can do it, I am doing it here, only one day this month I haven't reached over 10,000 steps and that was th day I fell on my face. Tonight will be hard, oh guess not as at 9,648 nw lol thought I was lower and my back, thigh, calf and foot on L side really bothering me, sit, stand lay doesn't matter so may as well walk, just shorter walks.... allie will need one more walk yet this eve, then she is hubbys once it gets dark.
