Day one of restarting my streak!
Did 1 hour Gentle yoga and 20 pull ups.
I also walk but for my streak I am just going to count the days as I exercise.
Getting back on with Yoga.

    I think yoga is really good to help people quite their minds if they are stressed, and the stretching is very good for the body.
