Yesterday was WI for week one ... I lost .7 pounds. Was I surprised? No, as I didn't really work as hard as I should have. BUT ... I did make some good and positive choices in the right direction.
was out finally yesterday and I got in over 10,000 steps! My goal is 8K so I felt good about that.
One day at a time, one choice at a time!
