My frenemy Mr. Scale

So…when I weigh myself daily, I keep better track of my habits. When I don't weigh, I don't have any actual feedback on my habits until one by one, my clothes stop fitting.
However, using the scale first thing in the morning is somewhat inconvenient for me because of its location, so I fell out of the habit.
Time to grow up and stop using inconvenience as an excuse!

Edited to add: So…I weighed myself. And sure enough, I was higher in weight today than the last time I weighed myself. I hate it when I'm right about the bad stuff.
I gained 21 pounds since September. How is that even possible?

    I'm the same as you...if I avoid the scale I don't seem accountable to myself and the pounds quickly add up!!
I am back to weighing myself daily to try and stay on track.
