So for 2 weeks I have stayed within my calorie range, I have worked out 4 to 5 times a week and I have lost 5 pounds. So today i decided that I would reward myself in a rather unhealthy matter. I pretty much ate what ever I wanted. I know not the smartest move in my book, but I have decided I will not do that every time. I am currently working on reward goals that don't include a binge eating situation. I will post that later. For now I leave with this blog as a reminder to myself that I won't be doing that again anytime soon. Here's to another 5 pounds!
