I have an exercise bike behind my chair and a BOSU ball behind my husband. Most nights have a routine. Eat watching Jeopardy. When done eating, do some balance & toe stretch work on BOSU ball while finish watching Jeopardy or start a second show. At some point switch to the exercise bike. If my second show is a 2 hour one, will do some exercises for my wrist while sitting. I only watch one other show besides Jeopardy. 801 days ago
