    And yet you are here. Where we belong. Not throwing in the towel. I am coming to some realizations about this journey and I truly believe each day is a day that we can make-over ourselves and our goals. There is no such thing as perfection. We falter, we move forward, we lose weight, we gain weight. Health and happiness are first and foremost, so do what you need to do and you will get out of the 170s. Then work hard to stay out of them. You are worth this, AND you can do it.

    Straight from the hip thoughts: start journaling. When ever you want to stop, start writing immediately. If you can't write then start talking aloud. You are afraid of something, or perhaps angry or feeling alone or betrayed or all of the aforementioned.

We want change and yet our old self is attached to the self-defeating behavior which is attached to subconscious thoughts we prove and justify by our actions and feelings.

Take a look and do it gently.
