I didn't lose anything this week and I was very frustrated at first then I talked with my husband. He helped me understand that I did just start a new strength class the day before weigh in and he said that could be why. You probably gained muscle. He suggested that I weigh in next week before the class on wednesday and see what it says and then weigh again for my official weigh in on thursday. I will try that at let you all know how it goes. My first goal is still possible...which is very promising news.
