Nothing...na da...zilch

I didn't lose anything this week and I was very frustrated at first then I talked with my husband. He helped me understand that I did just start a new strength class the day before weigh in and he said that could be why. You probably gained muscle. He suggested that I weigh in next week before the class on wednesday and see what it says and then weigh again for my official weigh in on thursday. I will try that at let you all know how it goes. My first goal is still possible...which is very promising news.

    You are going to make it. It takes time. Building muscle is also good. Take it one day at a time. You will accomplish your goals.
