Weekly task!

So we have a weekly task that we need to do for the next 10 weeks..you are trying for your best time in each task. You can "practice" if you choose..I just went for it on this weeks..it is to see how long you can hold a wall squat, in perfect form of course..
So....what are you waiting for, get out your watch, stopwatch, smartphone, whatever you have and time yourself..NOW..and let me know how you did..then I will tell you how I did :)
