Today's 1 Good Thing is that I got straight out of bed and unrolled my yoga mat and did some nice exercises to freshen me up for the day.
I woke up with my alarm this morning - because I had to catch a bus to go and visit a couple of people - and immediately felt depressed. I MADE MYSELF get up out of bed and went into my spare room where I keep my yoga mat and stuff. I opened one of my books, and out fell a photocopy I'd made, from some book or other, with an exercise routine on: So I did that! It was a gently aerobic routine using a single weight (so strength also) it was also quite 'stretchy' and felt good - worked the whole body. It had Strength, Suppleness and Stamina - good one!
I still feel a bit 'down' but I feel glad that I've at least done my 1 Good Thing.
(snowball effect: that's two days in a row I've done some simple exercises, and three days I've had some raw veg in my diet - I packed a raw carrot in my lunch box, and put cucumber in my sandwich)
