Nothing Sparktacular is happening with me right now, I have added weight instead of losing, my measurements remain the same (my waist is still 34.5") and I feel exhausted of ideas right now.

One other thing I am trying to read up right now is "weight loss and PMS". One of my resolve right now is not weigh in during my period (few days before and after)and I think it will save me a lot of this headaches about the scale.

Right now I do not have any plan at hand, my office and church schedules keeps getting in the way these days and there is just a lot to take care of (I hope I will take care of myself too)

I am also eating healthy (portions are quite inconsistent though), and am active as I can be.

I hope to become a marathoner someday soon.

    I ran marathons and all the distances below the marathon. Good luck and enjoy it. There came a time when my feet and knees couldn't handle running anymore but I sure did enjoy running for all the way until I turned 50.

I avoided weighing before and during my period because weighing during those days was just setting myself up for disappointment. That's an unpredictable time of the month. Glad that time is over for me. emoticon

    You are absolutely correct about the weighing and setting those time limitations. Don't let natural processes goof you up. You can do this and it will work itself into a pattern or schedule for you - you'll see.

    Totally agree with you - do not weigh yourself during PMS. We are women after all and our bodies go through lots of changes during that time. Just be patient - the time will pass.
